Greetings! And a happy server maintenance day to you all! Let’s just hope by the time the 12 hour maintenance is done on some of the servers that the dreaded “Additional Instances Cannot Be Launched” words finally disappear for good. That’s so damn frustrating!
Well this troll can honestly say that me and the little one had a blast at Blizzcon this year. Yes the lines were long and seating to some events was limited, but all in all it was just awesome! I’d say from what I heard both at Blizzcon and back at the hotel that the feelings about Cataclysm were mixed about 50-50, but for the most part alot of people were very excited about it and are looking forward to a possible release next year. But as wow.com reported, that’s not set in stone yet.
The costume contest is what the little trollette liked the best of course, and some of them really were great! (Especially the BE females)). The girl who won the contest spent an entire year on making hers, and if you look at the picture you can see why!!
I was very, very impressed with the upcoming release of Diablo 3 and cannot wait until the release. I was able to play a little and was just blown away with the graphics and smoothness of the game. It’s definitely not at all like the old Diablo and I’ll be anxiously awaiting it’s release in 2010.
The most embarrassing moment there is when we got to meet the cast members of The Guild and get their autographs. the little one walks right up to Felicia Day and says, “My daddy thinks you’re hot and wants to take you out!” /head-desk Me thinks that’s the reddest that I’ve ever turned in my life!
Anyways with that over with we got to see most of the panels and just stayed for a little while to watch Ozzy because the little one said that he made her ears hurt with all the noise he was making. *snicker* All in all though we had a really great time and I would definitely recommend going to another Blizzcon again to anyone who plays WoW.
Oh and speaking of the Guild and Ms. Day, their new music video called “Do You Want to Date My Avatar?” is just plain awesome with over 2 million views now on YouTube! I’ll post it here for you to watch and get a good laugh! Enjoy!
