The Troll Hunter

Greetings on this bright and sunny hump day! Well at least it is here anyway. I kind of took a WoW hiatus the last week of October to be able to spend some more time with my daughter and to finally get all my leaves raked and when I returned yesterday I forgot to post about my newest achievement that I received on October 23rd. Dat’s right, da’ troll hunter be getting 50,000 Honorable Kills !! And they were all Gnomes too! Okay just half of them were Gnomes.  *grin*

I know I’ll get some emails on this asking how long it’s taken to get this far, and to be honest it’s taken at least a year of off & on battlegrounds & arenas to do this. And the hunter spec that I use is not Marksmanship believe it or not but a 0/15/56 Survival build. My pet of choice still by far is my creepy spider Insy Wincy (see stable page), which still scares the crap out of people as she dashes toward them.

I’m at the point now where I think I could do both Wintergrasp and Alertac Valley blindfolded I’ve been in them so often. And yesterday Blizzard announced in the test realm notes that when the newest patch is released that “All level 71-80 Battleground daily quests will now award 25 Arena points in addition to their current rewards.”  I’m sure that this will cause buckets of QQ’ing tears from the hardcore arena players, but I also think that it will help those in the long run who just PvP in the battlegrounds get some better gear to.

Next up for da’ troll hunter will be the 100,000 Honorable Kills achievement and along with that the title “of the Horde” to. Oh and if you’re in really good with Thrall he throws in an additional bonus along with that too!  *I wish*
